These terms apply to your use of Pigatto. By creating an account or using Pigatto, you agree to them.
Early access
Pigatto is in early access. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. We will tell you before we make a change that affects your data.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the people you invite to it. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect misuse.
Your data
Your business information belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can download your records as spreadsheet (CSV) files from the lists in Pigatto, and you can ask us for a complete copy or to delete it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pigatto to break the law, send unsolicited bulk email, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the service or other users.
Payments
When paid plans apply, prices and billing terms are shown before you are charged. Payments your clients make to you are processed by your own payment provider account.
Disclaimers and liability
Pigatto is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using Pigatto at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We will post any change to these terms on this page with a new effective date.
